When does the server wipe?
The server wipes on the every Friday at 3 EST or 12 PST. Blueprints do not wipe on our servers.
How do I report a cheater or rule-breaker?
Submit a Player Report ticket via the ticket system and F7 report them. Include the player's Steam ID (press F7 in-game to find it), a description of what happened, and any screenshots or video evidence. Reports without evidence take longer to investigate.
I was banned. How do I appeal?
Submit a Ban Appeal ticket. Include your Steam ID and the reason you believe the ban was incorrect. Do not contact admins directly — this will not speed up your appeal.
I bought a kit/VIP but haven't received it in-game.
First ensure your Steam is linked via the Verification page. Then submit a Payment Support ticket with proof of purchase (screenshot of your receipt or payment confirmation). Management will verify your issue and rectify it as soon as possible.
Can I transfer my kit to another account?
No. Paid kits and perks are tied to your Steam account and cannot be transferred.
How do I link my Discord to the server?
Sign in on this site via Steam, then go to the Verification page and follow the instructions to link your Discord. This unlocks the ticket system and in-game verification rewards.
Are there any server rules?
Yes. Use the in-game command /rules to view them. Key points: no hacking, no doxxing, no racism, use your head. Exploiting game bugs to gain an unfair advantage is also bannable.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Look in your email for a message from Kovex Rust Store and there will be a button that says "Manage Subscriptions" click the button and then cancel your subscription. If you have any issues doing so, please make a payment support ticket.
